business credit card - low apr vs. no annual fee

Hi , i`ve narrowed it down to two business credit cards. on has a low APR and no annual fee, the other is an annual fee of 95 and no APR or any other charges.

I will probably be carrying a balance for a very short term and am leaning towards the card with no monthly APR......i`ve never had to pay an annual fee for one before an am wondering if anyone has personal experience with this type of card.
