I recently started an LLC and applied for a business credit card through Capital One.  Is it a good Idea to open a seperate business checking account?  Would it have been a better idea to open a checking account from the start and utilize a debit card linked to the checking account?

Be cautioous about using your Capital One CC. I had a bad experience iwht them in the past. THey can quite predatorial.

Having said that, if you are building your credit they are a good alternative.

About your checking account, I imagine that you will need a checking account for your business. For example, if you open a paypal account, you will need a bank account that you can link, to receive and make online payments.

How are you making online payments right now?
