When a business can reduce the risk for the customer, to almost nothing, they'll stick around muh longer and evntually many will make a purchase.

I like the point you make about how you adopted the freeconomics model.

Too many business owners think that their customers are 'priviledged' to do business with them, yet it's the other way around.

You can build great trust starting with your free offers, and turn the trust into sales later, once the customer knows you will fulfill your promises.
