i suggest joining a local toastmasters group. They teach you to refine and practice your speaking

visit at least 3-5 clubs in your area.. some are better than others

I completely agree with improtance of inspirational speech. Can you advise how to develop it or is there a video which explain method to develop. It may sound stupid but I am person who is not so good in expressing what exactly I felt.
