		<description>Partnering with BPO industry or Call-centers in reality its really expensive, but there some medium size call center that are not so expensive. There's actually a big difference talking to a live customer service rep., than listening to an installed customer service recordings wherein you are just going to follow the instructions that are being said. It doesn't mean that  for those kind of service is unprofessional but its their way of assisting customer concerns and complaints.
