<description>Can’t state enough how important the entrepreneurial spirit is.

Curious if anyone has caught this book yet? “The Richest Man in Town” by W Randall Jones. I’ve read half of it so far and let me tell you it is well worth it. Would like to hear what everyone else thought of it?

		<description>Interesting concept.

I see that regularly with sales agents who are great at getting deals but not necessarily great at negotiating good deals.

They want to be nice and make friends and so the negotiations take a back seat.

Another offshoot of your closer concept is this.

The outside and inside partnership.

You have the outside person who, like you is the person bringing in the business.

Then you have the inside person who makes sure the deals that get put together get done.

As usual, this is a great reminder to 1) do what you're best at; 2) delegate; 3) recognize you have great resources you can delegate to who will do it better than you.
