I believe Google Analytics is probably their most valuable tool. The amount of stuff that service can provide you, the amount of detail and data, can make the difference if your business is a failure or a HUGE success. The service is simply awesome and I can’t believe how we made it all those years without it.
None of the other services will do you any good if you can’t track your efforts!

I love the article. I would offer up two books for review at Amazon or any of the other book stores. Googlepedia ultimate resources 3rd edition, and Google the missing manual. Check out the reviews on Amazon. Thanks you for the info

Paul - Thanks for the suggested resources!
My list above focuses on resources that are useful to the small business owner or marketer. The book Googlepedia is more a general guide for anyone looking to use the breadth of Google resources, business-related or not. Same with Google: The Missing Manual. And the latter was published in 2005, and so outdated as far as what Google currently offers. If I were to choose among the two, I’d go with Googlepedia.
