I personally can attest to after reading what you have written, that now i See...My decisions, my motivations, my actions...ALL my life have been emotionally based, not logically. The greatest part about what you say, with much clarity, is that now I can actually see this. I have always thought,,, up until not very long ago... that the system you suggest, has been totally about control. The way you define the 'system' makes sense and takes the 'control' out of it'... The most important person to help you increase your output is you. I even admire the dawn planning idea, because once planned well 80% of the goal is achieved.
