Thank you for your great advice. I work in marketing and I think that Twitter is invaluable to the success of many companies. I also think the true value can be lost with many entrepreneurs unaware of how to effectively use all the available tools.

Twitter is an excellent tool for PR purposes. I have seen more followers and replies to my tweets recently and feel that twitter will only grow bigger and bigger.

Hey Melanie,

I use twitter all the time. I find that followers are looking for a certain type of information, for example, I tweet about franchising a lot so I find that the followers that stay following me are interested in hearing that type of tweet daily.
