Great tips! I have found that letting go of some of my tasks that I thought I could never delegate has really made a difference in the time I have to spend on my business. I not only order my food shopping through Peapod.com but I also have my house cleaned once a week and laundry sent out (just the sheets and towels, but it makes a difference). As far as the guilt, I think it just comes with the territory of being a mom. No matter how much you do for your kids, you always have that feeling like you could do more. But you have choose and you do need to make a living, so planning is critical. I love my lists!
