I ask my web design clients to think about which web sites they return to over and over for services and products. Then I ask them to tell me what percentage of them are heavily "Flash" based. This always opens their eyes to what is really important to the success of a web site. Flash has a well-deserved place in web design, but how many customers return to a web site over and over because of how "Flash"-y it is?
