I produced a fitness DVD for pregnant women on bed rest and it's doing okay. People may not be able to afford my full services, but they can afford a DVD! Also, I'm a freelance writer and have been writing and staying afloat. Just bartered my way into a Pregnancy magazine as fitness editor. Most would think my wife and I with four small children are crazy for starting a business right now. We've done our research for 4+ years and feel like now is the perfect time. We have the passion, creativity, good product, good reputation, and so much more to offer to the world. So, yes opportunities are out there you just have to take advantage of them our you lose them.
