I highly recommend the book Groundswell. It features Salesforce as well as dozens of other companies that use various web 2.0 strategies that are really inspiring! It may sound hokey but TwitterMoms is a really good site. They have a huge business focus and have over 12,000 members. It is a great way to promote your business.
