I do find the third point in my blog post (Leverage Paid Search) an excellent (and easy) way to learn what people unfamiliar with your website prefer. So in the case that it's difficult for you to find a group of people to survey in-person, Paid Search can help you determine what works and what doesn't on your web pages.</description>

If he/she has problems finding certain information you know it's time for a change. What's intuitive to you isn't necessarily intuitive to anyone else. Same applies to split-testing. Sometimes seemingly small and irrelevant (to you) changes can yield huge results.</description>
