The current bailout schemes aren't doing anything except prolonging the inevitable. Small biz is going to be the economic engine that turns the economy around. Dinosaurs such GM and Chrysler aren't going to spur the turnaround. It's time we start focusing on building for the future not keeping the past on life support and this bill seems like it could help those smaller biz. Great proposal, I hope that they listen.
