I, too, think that your contacts, your visitors, your costumers and clients are way too important to neglect. If you have new and innovative ideas, if you have new goals and projects for the upcoming year, make sure to make time for your contacts, and if you don’t, hire someone to do it for you. it’s _that_ important
I also agree that keeping your content up-to-date is crucial in making sure both existing clients and new visitors stay interested in your site. Update a bit, build a new section, replace old pictures with new ones, of the business, the products and even the staff. Keep it ‘fresh’
