Why do we think franchisee satisfaction is important?
Interviewing franchisees, the real business owners, provides prospective franchisees a real world look at a franchise system. We look at five main areas within each business: Training & Support, Financial Opportunity, Franchisee/Franchisor Relationship, the Franchise System (products, competition comparison, etc) and Overall Satisfaction. If you are interested in buying a franchise, we highly encourage you to ask the franchise for an unbiased, third party review. If they can't provide one, ask why!

As a now ex Franchisee, I highly recommend that one really speak with former and current franchisees before making the emotional and monetary commitments. I had a restaurant doing $2.4 mm the first year only to end up closing. Why? well if you want to know post your comment.
