The ability to market (sell) your business to the public could be one of the most important steps to succeeding. Franchisors are not only selling products to consumers … but they are also convincing other entrepreneurs to buy in to their businesses.

I just tell people if they like the product and service, or if they just kinda like me. I need them to let their friends and family know about what I did for them. With out these referrals, I’ll be out of business.

Referrals, strategic partnerships, good relationships are all key … and to establish them it sure helps to be likeable.
