Ya I definitely recommend Wordpress themes. BUt again they are not for begginers.Just to install Wordpress on your hosting server requires some work.
Buying ready made templates can be good. But you dn’t want to have the same websites as being used by hundreds of others who also bought that template. Solution: HTML editors: Microsoft Frontpage is one, Dreamweavers is a slighly better one and there are lots of free ones( PageBreeze).Just use these editors and change some basic elements of the template you bought. CHanging the color scheme itself will set you apart and it’ll take you about 5 minutes. So hows that for smart way of getting round coding handicap!!
