Hi Rich–
Thanks for the reply! Here’s my situation: I’m trying to develop a few internet ideas, but I don’t have the technical skills. So, I would like to partner with someone who has solid developing skills to co-develop the business with me. I’m working on this part-time and I expect my partner would be, too.
So it’s a matter of gradual, but continual effort. (In other words, they won’t have to quit their day jobs… right away, at least!)

I would like to ask for similiar assistance from those of you whom may be qualified to do so as this situation seems similar to mine. I recently launched an online jobsite focused on the Temporary workforce(but Fulltime is included)called TemporarEASE.com[link=http://www.temporarease.com' target=''][/link]
I kept my developement cost very low for the site and now need help with internet advertising and link exchanges etc.. Basically I need help getting the word out. I have a budget but would like to spend my money in the most effective way possible. I also think the site may be of benifit to all of us here at Startup Nation. It is the only online jobsite I know that is FREE and intends to make money from advertising and additional services to companies not from posting job postions and resumes.

next step for you is to be sure to walk through the 10 Steps to Open for Business process we provide on our site.
stick to it–commitment is most important of all. as long as you stay focused on getting your business started up, your chances go way up of actually hanging that "Open for Business" sign. try to avoid diffusing your energy on distractions.
