Great list. I find some of my best blog posts come out of problems we are having at the business. Blogging is a great way to think through problems and find solutions, and can make for some good article fodder. Just be careful not to over do it and lay out serious flaws or call out specific customers.

I agree with the article and with Bradford. Writing is a great way to come to a solution you may not think of. Just like in grade school when you had to outline your papers, putting your thoughts into a organized piece of writing, is a great tool. And, I would imagine that anyone using a list like this is bound to hit on some new thoughts and ideas.
