In addition to a retail fish shop, you could start a wholesale business supplying fish to other shops, a business building and maintaining aquariums for residential and commercial spaces (such as doctor's and dentist's offices, restaurants, hotels, etc.)

You could write a book about fish breeding or perhaps start a blog or other website where you share your knowledge and make money from advertising (either through serving ads through a service or direct placements).

Good Luck!

Definitely start a blog. Then post a number of e-books to Scribd. You need to build your credibility at the start.

Try becoming a pet breeder, specializing in fishes. Just remember to carry healthy fishes and have some kind of documentation of the original fishes origin. You should also breed in quantities, because most pet stores order the fishes in large quatities. As stated before you should continue to network and become involved with pet breeders associations and fish publications, most of your advertising should be with classifieds and fish magazines. Good luck.
