Word and Excel simply are not the right tools for the job, but it staggering how many businesses use them to manage their books - especially solo consultants who really have simple accounting needs, and focus most of their energy on the receivables side exclusively.

How does your software compare to Quickbooks or Microsoft Small Business?

Good question, and thanks for asking (I wasn`t expecting anyone to ask ).  Honestly we do not compare to QuickBooks or MSB.  We describe our services (they are all web based) as UnAccounting Services...i.e. we are NOT accounting software.  Why?
