One of the things on my wish list: eyeglasses that fit comfortably but do not rest on my nose. Any takers?

You are so funny Steve.  I`m sure you could draw them up, hanging from eyebrows!  I had to give up on my attempt to wear contacts.  But my glasses for reading on this silly computer, which I need to do so often, don`t  really feel to uncomfortable on my nose, thank goodness.

Oops, but I had to edit.  I`m sure that is a good invention for many that have their eyeglasses resting on their noses, seriously! I know that many do have problems with that.

OK, Steve, how `bout if we try the prototype on you first?

Janie, I`ll bite. Where do they rest? Hmmm?

I just edited mirabell,  I just don`t feel them on my nose.  I`m just so glad I`m not dealing with contacts that I have to try to pull out of my eyes!  It`s all new to me.  Part of that age thing, I guess!

I feel your pain, I hate wearing glasses! I wear contacts most of the time but even on the few occasions that I have to wear glasses, it`s very hard to find ones that are comfortable.

The monocle has been around since the 1700s.  And wikipedia says it`s a myth that they were uncomfortable to wear.

johnqh,

This is certainly one good option. Does anyone make them yet, to your knowledge?
