hello,
i have already registered a llc in wyoming, i am starting a wedding photography buisness ( have been shooting for a while but now want to get the legal stuff right), and i spend most of my time in france. france hates buisness unless your huge buisness. i have family and a room in california and can purchase a suit # with mail forwarding in wyoming if i need to. if you look at my site you`ll see the nature of my buisness http://www.crepinsekphoto.com , and i am a us citizen as well as european.
i dont want to break laws but i dont want to be stupid about it either. i plan to shoot maybe 6 or 7 weddings in france a year. i have a side job here and pay standard employee taxes thru that. i would like my buisness to be american and be taxed by france for just my sallery. any help on what i should do would be, well, really helpful!
i have done some searching in these forums and found out about the 800dollar fee for california. i cant do that. so my plan is to pay 250 for an address in wyoming and open a bank in france or spain or california maybe. i am a destination wedding photographer so i will shoot in many different countries, and as far as france goes, if a company doesnt work more than 180days in country they dont need to open a branch. if i only shoot 6 weddings then i only work a week in france. so can i get the wyoming address and work through that tax number around the world? i only want to work on 12-16 weddings a year becuase i spend most of my time in volunteer work, but need to pay my own way.
any and all help would be great!! thanks again!!
