phanio, thanks for the advice. we did bootstrapping that's why we're up to the neck. the construction eats up our budget. yes, indeed this is just a small but it's the hardest. seems having a hard time getting loan because we used our credit cards and bank thinks we maximize our credit limit. it's just heart breaking since we are closely done.
