I have a basic question.  I have been looking the sites that lists sellers/buyers from different countries and did not understand something.  I have seen several manufacturers who claim to sell products such as Ipods, Dell Laptops, etc..

Now, wouldn`t the buyer always have to go to Apple or its retailer to buy an apple product ?  How can these guys sell apple products in wholesale ?  Are these guys the original suppliers, if not how do they make them ?  Is it bootlegged ? 

Can someone throw some light  please ..
