If you`re business is online, and emails are you`re form of communication.....
Do you end your emails with ... Best, Best Regards, Sincerely? Do you use your first name, your full name? Do you include your business info after your signature?

I look forward to hearing your reponses, and why, you respond or handle it  the way, you do.

I have several pre-written signatures that I pop onto the end of an email.  It depends upon the client and level of communications.  One is more informal with just my first name and website, and it goes up to one that has the works with contact and other info.

However, I don`t really use "Regards", "Sincerely", or terms like that.  Now I wonder if I should.

It almost depends upon the source of the email... that is if your site sells beef jerky or medical supplies the signatures may be different. The first, less "formal" and the later "more formal".

That being said, it is a good idea to try to create some relationship when communicating, so a sincerely; best regards; etc with your first name is good.  I would follow any signature with relevant business info..website address, or other contact information you may want people to use (email, tel#).

I always use "Kind Regards" and then sign my first and last name with my business name underneath.  If I email the person frequently, I`ll just sign, "Kim".

I can get more or less formal depending on who I`m talking to.  I`m LESS formal in a format like this.
