Good health is not something you buy in a pharmacy or a store, but it can be achieved by the practice of all the models related to health, depending on choices among the available options. Following this logic, if you want to enjoy the benefits of a healthy lifestyle, you need to repeat some healthy habits part of your daily or weekly activities, some patterns like eating right and exercising. Other benefits include: Reduced costs of health care, diseases and injuries reduced, reduced doctors visit, employees and keeps you employees improved / employer relations.

For me, healthy lifestyle involves proper diet (eating fruits, vegetables, meat, fish, and etc.), proper exercise (walking, jogging, running, bicycling, etc.), enough rest and sleep, drinking of water and no sedentary lifestyle (excessive smoking and drinking).

In my opinion, the best healthy life style is to get up early, take proper diet, do exercise daily, take green vegetables and fruits in you diet, and sleep early.

Don't smoke or drink, take regular exercise, Eat sensibly and five portions of fruit and veg a day. These simple steps can have a huge impact on your life expectancy, say scientists from Cambridge University. If you only manage two thing, give up smoking and alcohol as the study found this had the biggest impact on your health.

In my opinion healthy lifestyle is not just about the food that we ate but of course together with the daily living. We should not stress our self too much from work and should take a right hours of sleep. And then follow with healthy foods, veges and so non fatty foods.

Healthy lifestyle is whatever you eat or drink, a regular exercise for burning up the calories should be followed to stay fit and away from diseases. Also keeping fast food for the weekends would also be best to have proper effect of workout on the body.

Do excercise daily. Don't take junk food. Eat 1 apple everyday. Take more vegetables.
