Hello. Well i eat to live and i don't like to eat too much. In my point of view we should eat healthy food for a healthy life and should not eat too much because eating too much is not good for health. According to my research and experience fast food is not good for health so i always prefer simple and natural food to eat.
Every body likes healthy lifestyle .But it depends on our mentality and our work plan.
I think there is a lot that goes into a healthy lifestyle but I think like others have said, its about eating healthy and staying active. Some people are more active than others but as long as you are doing something active and not sitting all day along with a good diet I think you'll be fine. I am a fitness nut and love to work out but also my biggest problem is my diet and my obsession with food. As long as you control yoru diet and not eat out everyday and consume your daily veggies I think you will be fine. I think high fiber food is good for our body. Some high fiber foods are; Apple(with skin), black beans, sweet potatoes, broccoli, air-popped popcorn, lentils etc. These also help us to provide a healthy lifestyle.

It is a much diversified topic, but in my opinion a healthy lifestyle has several factors apart from personal hygiene. Starting from food intake, daily exercise and even sleeping patterns.
Now Food intake should be balanced including vegetables and meat. Then it includes daily exercise for minimum 30 minutes. My last point which includes sleeping patterns as said “Early to bed, early to rise, Makes a person healthy, wealthy and wise".
Brushing your teeth twice a day and regular teeth check up makes you strong enough to live healthy.
