Sorry to hear about the turmoil you are going through.

There are a lot of opportunities on the internet. However, I shpuld also say that there are a lot of scams on the internet. I am in a similar situation given that I have been off work for 5 months without pay due to an auto accident so I started checking out was available online and finally found something that works for me. If you are interested feel free to check out the information in my signature.

I wish you the best in what ever you find. Keep you head up.

God Speed

I can appreciate your situation. In considering the numerous business opportunities, do you want to open a franchise, work from home or a small office.

Do you want to deal in a tangible product or intangiable?

Thanks for your message.  I hope to start some type of service or internet based business.  The economy here is so bad, it must be a business people need.

Mark, my company matches people with business opportunities, so your question is one I am quite familiar with. There are a few key elements to finding the "right one" for your situation. First, you must determine what you can afford to invest (I typically reccomend not to exceed half of your net worth). Next, you must have clearly defined objectives i.e. what must you earn, how long do you want to operate the business, what is your exit strategy, etc. Lastly, you need to consider what kind of lifestyle you want to create for yourself. What hours do I want to work? Who do I want as customers? How do far do I wish to travel? Do I need to have a flexible schedule? Do I want a paycheck or do I want to build equity? Some people want to be in a business that they are truly passionate about, but most people are just trying to create a vehicle that allows them access to the things in life that are truly important to them, like going to soccer practice with their kids. There are lots of ideas and lots of places to look for opportunities, but knowing what to look for is the real key to finding your ideal business. Good luck, Dan
