Hi everyone,

I run a little company that designs and produces souvenirs and gifts. We mainly trade with high street retailers but I have now set up a e-commerce Website.

I would really appreciate any comments on the website.

Do you feel that we are a trustworthy Company?

Would you feel safe shopping online with Us?

Is the design/navigation system clear and easy to use?

Does it look professional?

Is there anything you would change/improve?

Many thanks for your help

Kindly

Steven

Congratulations, it looks like a hip store and has a cool name.  Some observations after a quick look around:

What's the story: I would not send first time visitors directly to a catalog page but instead have a landing page that explains the store, that it has a main street location, and with just a few of the top-selling products.  The idea is to get people interested and then draw them in.

The site screams cookie cutter/template.  Having a more customized site adds credibility, inspires trust, and looks more professional.

Hi,

I somewhat agree with Tyler (above) about what is shown on your home page. Although, instead of an explanation of your store.. show "featured products" or product categories with brief desriptions.

Call to action and marketing message- Right now your home page shows a list of new products twice. In the main content area and listed on the right. So, you might show product categories with compelling descriptions in the main content area and leave the new products list on the right. Your home page show show your most important marketing message.

The site does appear to be a generic ecommerce set up. I do not know how much control you have over what is shown. Is the list of new products important? Typically, that works ok for a site with a lot of traffic and ecommerce activitiy and where introducing new products is important to customers.
