It`s a good start but it`s not very personable.  Who writes the blog?  Why should I listen to this person or people?

When someone writes something that is published by a reputable source, we as readers are putting our faith in the publication and its editors (books, magazines, pro blogs) that the author knows what they are talking about.

When someone starts a blog from scratch, one of the biggest challenges is convincing your audience to trust you.  You don`t have a publisher backing up your word.  So who are you?  Why do you know this stuff?  Your `about` section is blank.  What does Gopher Construction have to do with this blog?

You`re not convincing me of the value. When I land there, why am I there and what`s in it for me?
