Wow, I guess summer is over! I didn`t know the kids were going back so soon. I woke up this morning and looked out the window only to see a yellow bus coming down the street. Is it me or did this summer just fly by?  So lets see those back to school photos! We have a few more years before Hayden is on his way, but oh I pointed it out to him, thats for sure! :)

Yeah .. it was the first day of school for our first kid .. We saw him off when he got on to the bus and then drove to the school to see him get off the bus and go into the class.  Lots of pictures involved..  Some parents even had camcorders on their necks..

Kids do grow up fast .....

Tikki, you obviously didn`t get the email memo that summer was shortened this year due to Global Warming. The government sent out a notice last April, along with the change in Daylight Savings Time, that because the summer is considered the leading cause of global warming, it would be shortened to only 6 weeks this year. If the experiment works, it`ll become permanent in the future.

LOL craig you crack me up. No as usual anything I recieve from the government, I only half read (just to make sure I don`t owe them money) and then immediately toss.

Seriously though, summer`s over? No more white shirts? Pools are being closed? What has the world come to................winter, ah, nothing like sub-zero temps to get one motivated.

:-) See? This is why the government is charged with taking from those who have, and redistributing to those in need. Think of all those people in San Diego who own more than their fair share of summer. Is that right? Of course not! That`s why the Democrats propose a "summer tax" on people in the South, which will then help to move summer to people in the North during the winter. It`ll be a more equal distribution of summer time, thereby helping people live a better life year round.
