Your website looks professional and seems to be easy to use.

Here are some things to consider or improve on:

Why do you have a man on your homepage header if you only sell woman's clothing?
The header on the home is big and doesn't really serve a purpose. You can use that space to show sales/promotions. Your free shipping and 40% doesn't really catch the users attention.

When selecting a brand from your brands drop down menu, I'm expecting that I will see clothes offered under that brand. Instead you have text about the brand and shop link doesn't really catch any attention.

Quick suggestion about your blog, you're showing fashion, so don't skew the images.

I think your site looks clean and professional and is easy to navigate. I agree with Yiana that the banner space is big and could be better used for highlighting your promotions. I would also include along the bottom of the header the links found on the other pages (e.g. new products, sale, brands, etc).

Like Yiana, I was also thrown off to see a man on the banner when you only sell women's clothing.

Under "brands", I would definitely highlight your "shop for" link since it seems most people would end up on that page to view clothes by the brand name rather than to learn more about the brand.

I like that you maintain a blog, do twitter and have a fb page. Overall I think it's a great site!
