Hah!  She`s not answering you, Craig. :)
So....How`s it going Paula?

Obviously, because she`s admitted herself for a voluntary psyche evaluation and is climbing the walls.......  They don`t let you have sharp objects in places like that.

Congratulation for stepping up to the plate. Everyone in your immediate circle will benefit from your decision to prioritizing your health.

The mental muscle that you have put into play with quitting smoking is the same which you have used to make the leap to creating and running your own business and it is the same which we all use to correct poor behaviors and changing from an unresourceful state of mind to an empowering resourceful one.

Be aware of your inner dialogue and make sure the words and thoughts which you use to yourself supports what you want. Keep 95% of your attention on your outcome of excellent health & vitality.  Cigarettes create a very acidic environment in your body.  You can counter the craving by taking in alkaline foods such as a wheat grass drink, cucumbers or other fresh organic dishes.  Have it on hand and keep your state of mind in order.

Best,

I`m curious to how this turned out. You should be keeping a daily journal of how many days you`ve gone without smoking. =D What`s the update?
