Photos that are not cropped to be a perfect square will look distorted.  This problem is easy to fix in Microsoft Office Picture Manager which is standard in most computers with Microsoft Office.

Community members need only to open their photo in this application, choose Picture/Crop, then use the crop handles to adjust the frame until the new picture dimensions listed in the right hand margin are equal.  Once you have the cropping you are happy with, save the newly cropped image and upload.

Isn`t that pretty?

Actually, my photo/logo is perfectly square and 180 dpi and it still looks pixelated. Is there some specs I need to know to make this look better? WHen I open it on my computer it looks crisp, clean, perfect. I upload it and it looks really bad. What`s the deal?
