Who is a Good Outsourcing Consultant for My Start-up?

I would like to take advantage of outsourcing in my start-up business, ideally I would like to work with someone here in the United States, if you know someone you have used in the past please let me know.

Hey, I have a guy that I recommend. He is into start-up businesses himself and would probably love to talk with you, he has some really cool ideas relating to outsourcing and I think you`ll be impressed anyways here`s his info

 The Outsourcing Consultant service are FREE and they give you lots of help with everything.
You can  even as them questions with Google Talk

I know a person who is providing best outsource model for a start-up which actually works better for start-ups then established players. Many start-ups have used that model to scale-up
operations.
