I think anyone who is an entrepreneur is inspiring!  Someone who can build from the ground up getting their hands dirty is awesome in my book.  But I will say that I really admire the company and guy who started Tom's Shoes.  It's a great company from inside and out, and what they do to help so many others but yet have a successful business.  I think it's a great concept for sure.

By far and away, it's Jack Canfield, author of the Chicken Soup for the Soul Series and a coach.  Why? Because he tells it like it is and outlines the success steps he took.  Many entrepreneurs know only the starting point (working out of the garage on a shoestring budget) and the goal (flying the Gulf Stream to the Bermuda Beach House). It's the part in the middle that's important! Jack explains the part in the middle very well. I recommend his book Success Principles to all entrepreneurs.

A lot of people inspires me and they are not that famous. Their lives and strategies in conquering their everyday living making them successful is what makes me inspired and motivated to do the same things. Value always the hard work nothing else.

Good question!

I help run a web startup, so Paul Graham is someone I look up to.  He writes amazing essays here.  But it does tend to be a Boys Club when it comes at least with web entrepreneurship, so any female who has made it really inspires me.

It's kinda neat that you ask this because at my website we collect the book recommendations for famous people, including successful business wo/men.  And that is one of our more popular categories cause we have folks like Bill Gates, Warren Buffet, etc.

Steve Jobs because of his charisma, tenacity, and cleverness.

Howard Hughes because he was an aviator, a ladies man, a film maker, an entrepreneur, and probably more. He was everything most of us dream to be.

Soichiro Honda. He started out making piston rings for small motors, and when Toyota kept refusing his rings due to the not meeting standards, he had to sell everything, including his wife's wedding ring. He used that money and kept trying to perfect his rings. Toyota finally bought them, and long story short, look at Honda Motor Co. now.

Coco Chanel is most famous entrepreneur who inspires me. She is the founder of the House of Chanel, which is considered as the first fashion empire, is a real self-made millionaire and one of the most famous women entrepreneurs of modern times. Ms. Chanel was born poor but through determination and hard work, she was able to create one of the most famous brands in the fashion industry that is known for jewelry, clothes and of course the iconic Chanel No. 5 perfume.

Steve Jobs

He achieved great success at a young age. When he was 20 years old, Jobs started Apple in his parents’ garage, and within a decade the company blossomed into a $2 billion empire. If he can, why can not us?
