Where to sign up for domains?

what I mean is you dont get a shared ssl and so on. I use lunarpages. I have a few domains thru godaddy but after switching to name cheap I got to say their the best.

their domains are ok but I have had problems with their hosting. They also sell packages individually instead of all included. Godaddy takes a while to configure databases as well. Since this I dont use their domains if there more than namecheap.

For domains...GoDaddy is good.
For hosting... not so good.

Host Gator is very expensive to sign up for a domain compared to others. Isn`t it better to go with a host that offers free domains or a less expensive one?

There is no free domain name as such....we can have only free sub domain name.I would suggest a cheap domain name would be a better option.There are many providers like 9cubehosting.com where they provide the domain name at low cost along with the hosting and beneficial freebie package.
