im not sure if im posting in the right thread, but can somebody suggest me a nice place to sell an innovative web startup?
All marketplaces that i have found are either scammy or overflooded with "just another e-shop or social network" sites.
I would like to find some serious marketplace for my project with medium bids around $100k..

The most reputable marketplace for websites is SitePoint. They certainly have their share of turnkey posts, however, they have a category for premium sites valued at over $10,000. I would highly recommend listing your website there. SitePoint has a good group of buyers that can afford a site in the low six-figure range.
