Do you want to sell the entire business or maintain a small stake ? Sometimes  buyer prefers you to retain partial ownership and have an involvement in the business as they have more confidence of the business continuity .

Do a search of business brokers and your state name - you should find the state association website and from there be able to narrow it down to business brokers in your area.  Good luck
