Hello

I just registered for a corp. in california, i was told that i have to pay $800/year to the state.

What i want to know is that when do I have to pay the $800 and who to make the check payable to? Is the $800 similar to an anual registration fee or is it a tax thing.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Thanks OldNikko

But the link is to file the Statement of Information $25 which I`ve already done so.

Any other suggestions.

Thanks

$800 is CA`s minimum annual "franchise tax." (The name is a bit misleading, as it`s required to be paid regardless of whether or not you fall into what would typically be referred to as a franchise.)
