I have (2) products that are both patented. I have the prototypes completed and I have pricing. I also have done the packaging pricing. I have full manufacturing and the tooling is finished. 1 product is for the hardware industry and the other is for the golfing industry. I would be looking for a seasoned sales rep that can get a single product on the shelves in box stores or paint and sundries stores. Once I have these products out on the shelves I am ready with finished drawings and patents for the next item.

Hello Homerepairnet! Personally I think you should wait.  I have done all my sales myself and it is such wonderful experience and insight into the wholesale-retail world.  I want to learn ever facet of my business to some degree including sales.  Also, nobody can sell your product like you can.  Eventually I (and you too) will probably need a rep, but I wouldn`t give away a valuable 5-10% until you need to.
