Hi,

I know situations vary, but I am trying to get an idea concerning "formalizing" my teaching ministry. I teach Bible classes and speak, as invited to different organizations, churches, etc. I don`t "charge a fee", but do indeed receive honorariums, as given. I`m looking ahead, and will be adding additional teachers to help with the ministry. I also plan to offer "Computer" and other "job related" classes to help individuals get skills for work, and some written resources that I will author. I will have to travel abroad sometimes, and recently, accepted an invitation out of the country.

I need to setup some type of "formal" structure, but I am NOT quite ready to "INCORPORATE", not financially, nor is it really necessary at this level. It is not a church, but a teaching ministry. Can anyone offer any advice from this information I have shared? I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks, so much.
