As business owners, we all have our strengths and weaknesses. What do you think is your biggest strength as a business owner? If you`re not sure what you`re biggest strength is, perhaps this question will help you out: What do people compliment you the most on? Also, what do you think your biggest weakness is?

I can put very technical things in plain, need-to-know English for my clients. I also have a holistic view of the work I do - it`s not just one piece of the puzzle, but an integration of all parts.

My weaknesses are all internal, having to do with my thought systems, organization, scheduling, etc.

Weakness... besides my inability to spell properly, I would say I am easily distracted.

Strength -> Sensitive to Customer`s needs

Weakness -> Speakinig in front of large crowds

I think my biggest strength is that I'm calm and well-balanced. As a weakness - maybe I'll mention that sometimes I can divide work and free time.

In my case I can say that my biggest strength is my passion and determination to fulfill my work to become it successful. Those characteristic is what drives me to do my task effectively and efficiently.
