Good evening! Me and  my web developer are thinking about a new project  for the web . No employees and no office space to lease , everything is pretty much virtual for the Internet.the purpose is to develop a web product and then sell it. I've already had experience in opening LLC and I closed it after 4 months because it wasn't moving anywhere as I thought it would. We  live in Idaho  and we dissolved that LLC .so we are thinking now of  another LLC but something that we can keep open indefinitely without big costs .what state would you suggest doing that? Let me know if you have any other questions about the nature of business.
