So tomorrow I got a meeting with a business that would want to comercialize with my service. I am really looking into them helping me with salesforce and providing a phisical face to my business (currently i was working from home).

However we are still looking into the business. I wonder how can I protect my idea to keep it confidential and avoid the business from going their way with it. I guess I will need them to sign a confidentiality agreement, is there a way I can get a template for that since i am also not very into writing legal documents.
