theswaynester,
I also have a rule of... "do one thing." Of course there are days I do more than one thing. But really, “do one thing,” is a commandment in my life.

Eric,
I believe, to be driven is the best way to achieve success. At the same time, we cannot forget that as "Driven" as we may be, we may not find our success. Achieving success is a culmination of more factors than just being driven. I do think you understand this, as do most people. The great men and women of the world have made sacrifices to earn their achievements. We should also remember that many greats, past and present, would today be label as having some type of syndrome, or other medical term. This imbalance may have made them Driven, with the correct focus.

PlanBConsultant,
Yes the power of positive thinking is being proven effective on an everyday basis… or is it coincidence? Even if coincidence, it’s much more relaxing to think good thoughts than bad. It can’t hurt. While thinking negative thought certainly can sabotage your own plans. As far as positive thinking goes, when I go to sleep each night, I actually use my mind’s eye to imagine my next home’s appearance. I also think about positive pathways to success. Does it actually help me achieve success? That’s questionable, but I certainly feel more empowered by my thoughts.
