Hey, it`s the classic "ready to party, will anyone come" problem. I
think it`s aggravated by having a standalone office, with that overhead
you`ve mentioned.
I can see two options, because the company sounds fine, and yes, it`s
VERY early in the game. The one would be to get rid of the office, run
your business from home, and remove the worry about the overhead.
Another option would be better: Start offering seminars to people,
geared toward both educating them on this "coaching" they`ve been
hearing about, and in signing them up for an initial "trial run" of
your service. The trial run should be long enough that they get a clear
benefit, or can see the soon-to-come benefit, and also pay a useful
portion of your overhead.
